Edmond Nicolas Laguerre
Born: 9 April 1834 in Bar-le-Duc, France
Died: 14 Aug 1886 in Bar-le-Duc, France
Laguerre studied approximation methods and is best remembered for the special functions the Laguerre polynomials which are solutions of the Laguerre differential equations. This work came out of his paper published in 1879.

He also played Crib, Sevens, Tarbish, Hearts and 42s with T2.0, Gagenbour(how the hell do you spell it) and other famous and not so famous scientist.
